This page is used to report Point Card purchase issues. To make sure your purchase issue is resolved in time, we would like you to read the notes below first:

How long should I wait to receive the codes?
Money Order / Check -- Within 2-5 business days.
Western Union -- Within 2 business days.
PayByCash -- Instant. And you can also help yourself to resend the card at: https://cc.conqueronline.com/paybycash/CheckStatus.aspx
Direct Deposit -- Within 2 business days.
Wire Transfer -- Within 2-7 days, it depends on how long will the bank finish fund transfer.
PayPal/CashU/Onebip/CherryCredits/paysafecard/boku/MoPay/Ukash/OneCard -- Instant. But there may be a few minutes delay.
