If you are unable to unbind MFA using the self-service option, please submit a support request specifically for MFA removal at: https://account.99.com/v3/AccountAppeal.htm
Important: When submitting your request, you MUST manually select or enter "Unbind MFA" as the Subject/Issue Type.
