How to unbind MFA?

1. Self-Service Unbinding:
If you have access to your MFA app and it is functioning correctly, you can unbind MFA yourself through this website: https://account.99.com/v3/SecurityToken.htm

2. Request Assistance to Unbind MFA:
If you are unable to unbind MFA using the self-service option, please submit a support request specifically for MFA removal at: https://account.99.com/v3/AccountAppeal.htm

Important: When submitting your request, you MUST manually select or enter "Unbind MFA" as the Subject/Issue Type.
Our team will verify your request and send the result to the email address you provided within 24 hours.
