Why has my ticket for reporting Bots already been completed?

To make the processing of reports faster and more timely, we have made adjustments to the tickets of reporting Bots. Players will not be able to reply, and GM will reply and inform the processing progress on the same ticket.

Ticket status does not affect the result, please do not worry that your report will not be processed, GM will inform you of the progress within 3-7 working days.

By the way, please submit the following information as required so that the report can be successfully accepted:
1) A link of the reporting video.
2) Good quality video being able to see players name, server, fps, ping, date & time.
3) Ping needs to be under 500, if over 500 FPS must hold 25+.
(Except for Auto Level and Auto Skill Leveler/Macro reports)
4) Mini map must be on.
5) The player reported must be in the video no less than 30 seconds.
6) Recorded video must be within 30 days.
