If your character is deleted by mistake, you can restore it
by completing the following form. The deleted character can be restored to the status at character deletion.
Rules:
Each account ID can have only one character in the same server.
If you have created a new character with the same account ID as your deleted
character, please delete your new character first, or your deleted character
cannot be restored.
The character names are always unique in the same server.
If there is another character with the same name as your deleted character,
the restoration system will add a random number (0-9) to your restored character.
Max 14 characters for a Character name.
If your restored character name is more than 14 characters long, the
restoration system will change it to a random number. Please pay attention.
Level 1-9 characters cannot be restored after deletion.
